Terms of Order
Effective October 11, 2026
These terms apply to orders placed with THE BOUQUET LLC, a floral studio in Palm Coast, Florida ("THE BOUQUET", "we"), through this site.
How an order works
Sending a form on this site is a request, not yet an order. We check that the flowers and the delivery time are available and reply by email. Your order is placed once we have confirmed it with you.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax is added where the law requires it. No payment is taken on this site: we agree on payment with you when we confirm the order, and we begin work once payment is received.
Delivery
- Delivery is free.
- We deliver across Palm Coast and Flagler Beach. Whether we can reach a particular address is confirmed with the order.
- Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM can be delivered the same day, between 4:00 and 8:00 PM. Orders for the next day or a later date are delivered between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- We do not offer pickup.
- Please give a complete address and a working phone number for the recipient. If the address is wrong or no one can receive the flowers, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. A second delivery is charged separately, and we tell you the fee before we send it.
Seasonal flowers, photographs and substitutions
Every arrangement is composed by hand from fresh, natural flowers. The photographs on this site show the style, the palette and the approximate size of an arrangement; they are representative and are not a promise of an identical copy. By sending a request you acknowledge and accept the following.
- Natural variation. Flowers differ from stem to stem in shade, size, shape and stage of opening, and colors look different from one screen to another. Such differences are a property of a natural product.
- Availability. What we can offer depends on the season, on our growers and suppliers, and on the weather. A particular flower, color or variety shown in a photograph may not be available on the day of your order.
- Substitutions. Where an item is not available or does not meet our standard of freshness, we may replace flowers, greenery, wrapping, ribbon, a basket or another container with items of equal or greater value, keeping the overall style, palette and size of the arrangement. Substitutions are made at the florist’s discretion and, so that delivery is not delayed, may be made without notice.
- If one flower matters. If a specific flower or color is essential to you, say so in your request. We will tell you before we begin whether we can provide it, and if we cannot, you may choose an alternative or cancel for a full refund.
- Sizes. Size names describe the overall fullness of an arrangement and are approximate. Pictures of the sizes are illustrative.
- Not a defect. A difference from the photograph that falls within this section, including a substitution, is not a defect and is not on its own a ground for a refund, a replacement or a reduction in price.
Nothing in this section limits what we owe you if an arrangement arrives damaged or not fresh (see “If something is wrong”), or any right you have under the law that cannot be waived.
Changes and cancellations
Tell us as soon as you can if you need to change or cancel. An order can be changed or canceled with a full refund until we start preparing it. Once the flowers have been cut and arranged for you, the order can no longer be canceled.
If something is wrong
Flowers are a living product. If an arrangement arrives damaged or not fresh, write to us within 24 hours of delivery through the contact form. We will ask you for a photo by email and then replace it or refund it, at our choice.
Flower subscription
The weekly subscription is $65 a week and includes the vase and delivery. You can pause or stop it at any time by telling us before the next delivery is prepared.
Care
How long flowers last depends on how they are kept. Our care guide explains what they need.
Your information
What we collect with an order and how we use it is described in the Privacy Policy.
