Privacy Policy

This site is run by THE BOUQUET LLC, a floral studio in Palm Coast, Florida ("THE BOUQUET", "we"). This page explains what information we receive when you use the site and what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site:

• your name and email address;
• for a delivery: the recipient's name and phone number, the delivery address, any gate code or note for the courier, the day and time you chose, and the text for the card;
• for a subscription: the delivery address and the day you prefer;
• anything you write in a question or a custom request.

We do not take payment on this site, so no card or bank details are entered or stored here.

How we use it

• to prepare and deliver the arrangement you asked for;
• to reply to you about your order, request or question;
• to reach the recipient or the courier about a delivery;
• to keep ordinary business and tax records.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Who else handles it

• Netlify hosts this site and receives the forms you send. Like any web host, it also records technical data such as your IP address.
• Our email provider carries the messages we exchange with you.
• The courier receives the recipient's name, phone number, address and delivery notes.
• Google Fonts and the Tailwind CSS library are loaded from their own servers to draw the pages; those servers see your IP address when the page loads.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

After you send a delivery request, the form remembers your own name and email in your browser, so that next time you only fill in the recipient. These two details stay on your device and are not an account. “Change” on the form removes them, and so does clearing your browser data.

Someone else's details

When you order for another person you give us their name, phone number and address. Please share only what is needed for the delivery. We use those details for that delivery and nothing else.

How long we keep it

We keep order details for as long as we need them to fulfill the order and to meet our record-keeping duties. Questions and requests that do not become an order are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Write to us through the contact form and we will reply by email.

Children

This site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
